Leadership Competencies for Learner-Centered Personalized Education Part III with Frank LaBlanca. (Part I & II are NOT a prerequisite.)  Examine the supporting domain of capacity building for innovation and continuous improvement with a specific focus on developing and supporting instruction that improves learning.  Specific focus on supporting teacher’s instruction to:

1. identify critical content;
2. helping students reflect on learning;
3. organizing students to interact with new content and organizing students to practice and deepen knowledge.

These elements will be aligned to our previously developed “look fors.”
